Nominees

If you purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded common stock or exchange-traded call options or sold the exchange-traded put options of Catalent, Inc. during the period from August 30, 2021, through May 7, 2023, inclusive, for the beneficial interest of persons or organizations other than yourself, you must within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the Notice:

  1. Provide a list of the names, addresses and emails of all such beneficial owners to the Claims Administrator; or
  2. Request from the Claims Administrator sufficient copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to all such beneficial owners and mail those Postcards yourself within ten (10) calendar days after receiving them. Once sent, send a statement to the Claims Administrator confirming the mailing was made. Please also provide email addresses to the Claims Administrator, to the extent available.

If you are providing a list of names, addresses and emails to the Claims Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names, last known addresses, and email addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then do one of the following:

    1. Log in to EpiqFiling to submit the completed template; Or
    2. Email the spreadsheet to info@CatalentSecuritiesSettlement.com.

If you are requesting copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to beneficial owners yourself:

Copies of the Postcard Notice may be requested via email to info@CatalentSecuritiesSettlement.com. If you are providing the Postcard Notice to beneficial owners, the mailing must be completed within ten (10) business days of your receipt of the Postcard Notice from the Claims Administrator. Failure to timely forward the Postcard Notice to beneficial owners may affect their legal rights.

Expense Reimbursement

Upon full and timely compliance with these directions, such nominees may seek reimbursement of their reasonable expenses actually incurred (but not to exceed $0.05 per mailing, excluding postage) by providing the Claims Administrator with proper documentation supporting the expenses for which reimbursement is sought.
